With FRANK, you can easily send a custom confirmation email for each Ticket.
How to add extra information to a Ticket's confirmation email
Go to Manage → Tickets.
Select the Ticket you want to add extra information to.
In the left menu, select the Email tab.
Add all the details your guest should know. Using multiple languages in your Widget? Don't forget to add your message for all languages by clicking on the language icons.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
