Ticket links to guests with full control over shift visibility

Control which Shifts guests can book via a Ticket link

What are Ticket links?

Every ticket in FRANK includes a shareable link that allows guests to open and book that ticket directly. Within a ticket, you can create shifts that:

  • Are bookable via the widget

  • Or are only bookable via a direct link

To give you more control, FRANK provides two different ticket links, depending on which shifts you want to make available.

Available ticket links

Standard ticket link

This link shows only the shifts that are also bookable via the widget. Use this link when you want to share publicly available shifts only.

Extended ticket link

This link shows all shifts within the ticket, including shifts that are only bookable via a direct link. Use this link when you want to include exclusive or hidden shifts.

Where to find your Ticket links

  1. Go to Manage β†’ Tickets

  2. Click the Ticket you want to share the link from

  3. Click Marketing and choose the link you want to share

When to use which link

  • Use the standard ticket link (top link) for regular guest communication

  • Use the extended ticket link (bottom link) when you want to share non-widget or invitation-only shifts
