Sometimes you might want to take a Shift offline temporarily without deleting it entirely. In FRANK, you can deactivate a Shift — this makes it unavailable for booking through the widget or other online channels, while still keeping it visible in your overview.
Later, you can easily reactivate the Shift by adjusting its settings.

How to see if a Shift is active or inactive
Go to Manage → Shifts.
In the Overview of your Shifts, you’ll see whether each shift is active (bookable) or inactive by looking at the green dot.
Click the Shift you want to adjust.
In the left menu, click Times & Days.
Edit the days and times when the shift should be available.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Do you want to permanently delete the Shift? You can delete a Shift from the Shift Overview by clicking on the three dots next to the Shift:
Tip! Use activate/deactivate smartly for seasonal menus or limited-time offers. It keeps your overview organized and lets you easily bring shifts back whenever you need them without having to set them up from scratch again.
