We offer a dispatch line to our users in need of special accommodations. Normally reserved for people above the age of 65, people in need of ADA access, and/or people without a smartphone. Please feel free to give us a call and request your ride: (855) 918-3733. Freebee's Dispatch line is available from 7:00am-11:00pm, every single day.

Please note: the Ride Freebee app is the primary way to request your ride. It allows you to stay in contact with your driver, you can track the vehicle on a map, and it provides you with tons of local deals to redeem within your service area.
