How can I receive the account verification code if it's not showing up?

Not receiving the verification code.

On very rare occasions, our users have trouble receiving the verification code to their phone upon creation of their account. This is mostly because of internal carrier issues, or it stems from users that have their phone settings arranged to not receive automated messages.

Please use contact feature linked here to have one of agents further assist you in manually verifying your phone number. If speaking to our automated assistant, Robby, he will prompt you to fill out a contact request form if you advise to him that you need to speak to someone. Please make sure to provide the phone number and email associated with your account for verification purposes.
