The Freebee app is the primary way to request your ride. It allows you to stay in contact with your driver, you can track the vehicle on a map, and it provides you with tons of local deals to redeem within your service area. We also offer a dispatch line for our seniors above the age of 65 and for people in need of accessibility accommodations: (855) 918-3733. Freebee's Dispatch line is available from 7:00am-11:00pm, every single day.
Please note: All of our users calling via the dispatch line to request their ride are required to provide all necessary information for the creation of their Ride Freebee account (I.e name, phone number, and birth date).
