Welcome to the Freebee help center! We're here to make sure you have the best experience possible when using our service. Our primary way to request a ride is through our Freebee app. Not only does it allow you to stay in contact with your driver, but you can also track the vehicle on a map and take advantage of tons of local deals within your service area. If you don't have the app yet, don't worry! You can find a direct link to download it here.

If you're new to Freebee or need a refresher on how to request a ride, we've got you covered. You can find further information on how to request your ride here. We want to make sure you feel confident and comfortable using our service, so please don't hesitate to check out this article if you need any help.

We understand that not everyone may be able to use the app, which is why we offer a dispatch line for our seniors, those in need of accessibility accommodations, or anyone who may be having trouble requesting their ride. Please note: All of our users calling via the dispatch line to request their ride are required to provide all necessary information for the creation of their Ride Freebee account (I.e name, phone number, and birth date).
