We want to remind our passengers that Freebee is a ride-share service that primarily focuses on transporting people. While we do our best to accommodate our passengers' needs, we kindly ask that everyone abide by our 2 Bag Limit policy.
What is the 2 Bag Limit policy?
Our 2 Bag Limit policy states that each passenger is allowed to bring a maximum of two bags on board our vehicles. This includes any carry-on luggage, shopping bags, or personal items. We understand that you may have more than two bags, but we kindly ask that you limit your belongings to two bags to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Why do we have this policy?
As a ride-share service, our vehicles have limited space and are designed to transport passengers comfortably. By limiting the number of bags each passenger can bring, we can ensure that there is enough room for everyone to sit comfortably and safely. This also helps our drivers to maintain a clear view of the road and avoid any potential hazards.
What if I have more than two bags?
If you have more than two bags, we recommend that you consider alternative transportation options or make arrangements to have your additional bags delivered to your destination. Our drivers are not able to assist with handling or storing extra bags, as their main focus is on safely transporting passengers.
Exceptions to the policy
We understand that there may be certain circumstances where you may need to bring more than two bags on board like groceries. In these cases, we ask that you confirm with your driver before loading in your items. Exceptions to this policy are a possibility.
