You will need to provide the completed and notarized CORI form found in your candidate handbook to the testing service. You cannot take the real estate test without this form, and you cannot use any existing CORI reports to fulfill the requirement. You will receive your candidate handbook from the school, which contains the CORI form, after you complete your real estate classes.
