I've checked off all of the required topics but it still shows I have time remaining to complete in a continuing education class. Why?

In order to complete a Massachusetts CE class you need to complete both the required class content and the required class seat time (typically 2 hours per CE class). Our system tracks both requirements to determine completion a class. You cannot complete a continuing education class and receive your certificate in less than 2 hours, so the class does not show as completed.

Each of our MA CE classes has at least 2 hours of class content, as required by Board regulations. However, if you leave your computer unattended, multi-task while taking classes, or skip activities, you will not have taken the full 2 hours of classes.

To complete your CE class, continue taking the class to log the rest of your state mandated class time.
