The system still shows that I have time remaining to complete in a continuing education class. I think I am done. Why is this happening?

Updated this week

In order to complete a Massachusetts CE class you need to complete both the required class content and the required class seat time (typically 2 hours per CE class). Our system tracks both requirements to determine completion a class. You cannot complete a continuing education class and receive your certificate in less than 2 hours, so the class does not show as completed.

Each of our MA CE classes has at least 2 hours of class content, as required by Board regulations. However, if you leave your computer unattended, multi-task while taking classes, or skip activities, it is possible that you will have not have taken the full 2 hours of classes.

To complete your CE class, please return to the modules that you did not complete and continue taking them to log the rest of your state mandated class time.
