How do I update my contact information (address, email, phone, etc)?

To make things easy, just complete the fields that require an update on the ticket in your client portal chat.

How do I create a ticket using chat messenger window?

  1. Select "Keep Us Updated"

  2. Select "Update Personal Contact Information"

  3. Select "Yes" to open the ticket

  4. Provide updated information within the form.

  5. Click "Create Ticket" button
