Yes, we sure do offer a Flexitarian plan! You can choose this as a nutritional preference when placing your order, or you can contact support@freshfitnessfood.com to change it for you after placing your order.

Please bear in mind that the Flexitarian plan is calorie-controlled, not macro-controlled. This means, we can deliver you the same number of calories you'd like each day, but the macros will be different.T his plan includes one meat/fish meal per day, and the rest will be plant-based meals. You can choose to exclude meat, fish, eggs, or dairy.
