Which plan should I choose if I want to gain muscle?

If you are looking to gain muscle, we would recommend the Build Muscle plan. The Build Muscle plan places you on a 10% calorie surplus. This plan is high in protein to build and repair muscle after heavy training sessions, and high in carbohydrates to fuel your sessions and replenish muscle glycogen post-workout, providing your body with the tools it needs to achieve muscle hypertrophy.
