We charge a flat rate cleaning fee in order to prepare the place for the next guest.
When you get charged depends on your contract:
For online payments: you will make the cleaning fee payment along with the first month's rent. You can check if you are making online payments if they appear under payments or by checking your contract.
For direct transfer payments, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your stay
