Follow these steps to export logs from your EarthRover so our team can investigate issues.
Prerequisites
Your robot is powered on.
A mobile phone with Wi-Fi enabled.
Steps
Connect to the robot’s Wi-Fi
On your phone, open Wi-Fi settings and connect to

Open the robot’s web panel
Open your mobile browser and go to
http://192.168.11.1
.
Open the diagnostics menu
Tap the ☰ (three-line) menu in the upper-left.
Tap Diagnosis.
Export the logs
On the Diagnosis page, tap Export.
Wait for the export to complete, then download the log file to your phone.
Send the file to Support
Email the downloaded file to hello@frodobots.com.
Include:
Your robot model (Mini+ or Zero)
The issue description
Date & time the issue occurred
Your account email/Discord handle
Troubleshooting
Can’t open 192.168.11.1
Confirm you’re connected to the frodobots Wi-Fi.
Turn mobile data off temporarily and retry.
Try another browser (Chrome/Safari) and ensure you typed
http://192.168.11.1
exactly.
Wi-Fi won’t connect
Move closer to the robot (within ~2–3 meters).
Re-enter the password 12345678 and try again.
Power-cycle the robot, then reconnect.
Export stuck or fails
Refresh the page and retry Diagnosis → Export.
Reboot the robot and repeat the steps.
