💡 Before starting a mission: Always make sure you have a strong internet connection before entering a mission. This helps avoid unnecessary ELO point deductions and failing a mission due to connection issues.
If you're experiencing issues loading the video stream when joining a mission, this could be caused by a delay in your internet connection or a technical issue on our end.
Here are some steps to help resolve it:
Fix 1: Refresh Your Page
This is most commonly caused by a delay in your internet connection or system.
Steps to fix:
Press F5 on your keyboard multiple times to refresh the page
Wait a few seconds and check if the video stream loads
If it still doesn't load, try quitting the mission and try again.
Fix 2: Technical Issue on Our End
If refreshing doesn't resolve the issue, it may be a technical problem on our end.
Steps to fix:
Go to your TeleArms Dashboard
Find the mission you had an issue with and copy the Task ID
Report the issue to us together with your task ID via any of the following:
💬 Chat Widget — available on the platform
🎮 Discord — join our server and open a support ticket
📧 Email — hello@frodobots.com
⚠️ Important Note
If this issue occurs during the weekend and you have already tried refreshing three times with the same result, please refrain from entering more missions to avoid losing more ELO points. Report the issue and our team will look into it once we're back on Monday.
