Scaling plan for Challenges

At FundedSquad, we reward consistency and disciplined trading through our quarterly performance-based scaling system. Every 3 months, we review each trader’s account under eligible models and provide scaling or improved risk parameters based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for scaling or drawdown improvements:

  • You must have made at least 10% profit during the 3-month period, and

  • You must have had at least 2 profitable months out of the 3

Scaling Plan – For Squad Traders with Large Accounts

Applies to: Challenge accounts starting at $100,000 or more, with absolute drawdown.

Scaling Reward:50% increase in account balance every 3 months (if eligible)

2-Step Squad Challenge

Default Risk Parameters:

  • Daily Drawdown: 5%

  • Overall Drawdown: 12% (absolute)

Scaling:

  • This model uses absolute drawdown, so it is eligible for the scaling plan above if the trader meets the performance criteria.

2-Step Fast Challenge

Default Risk Parameters:

  • Daily Drawdown: 4%

  • Overall Drawdown: 8% (absolute)

Scaling Plan:

  • This model does not scale account size, but we reward consistent traders by gradually increasing the daily drawdown limit.
