đ IP Restriction Rule â Removed
Effective August 17, 2026 â applies to all FundedSquad traders
FundedSquad no longer restricts trading based on IP address changes. This applies to all traders, all account types, and all challenge or funded stages.
Why we removed it
We previously flagged accounts that showed activity from different IP locations, since that can be a sign of account sharing or unauthorized access. The problem is that most internet providers, especially in India, assign dynamic IPs. That means your IP address can change on its own throughout the day even if you haven't moved, switched devices, or done anything different. Traders were getting flagged for completely normal internet behavior, so we removed the rule instead of trying to patch around it.
What this means for you
If you're trading from within your home state, IP changes are expected and will never affect your account standing or payout eligibility. This applies in every Indian state.
If you travel to a different state
Let support know in advance if you'll be trading from a different state. This isn't a request for permission, it just lets us flag the change ahead of time so it doesn't trigger a review.
Heads up: If you trade from a new state without telling us first, your next payout may still go through manual review, since we won't have context for the change.
VPNs are still not allowed
This update has nothing to do with VPN policy. Using a VPN, proxy, or anything that masks or changes your IP while trading is still against the Terms & Conditions. Accounts caught doing this can still face enforcement, including termination and forfeiting payouts.
