Fyxer AI automatically sorts and filters your emails to keep your main inbox focused on important messages, saving you at least 1 hour a day with inbox admin.

Fyxer AI uses Gmail's native labeling system to organize your inbox.

Fyxer AI automatically applies a single label (e.g. “1: To Respond”) to each email based on its priority.

Depending on your settings, Fyxer AI will either:

  • Label the email and keep it in your inbox, or

  • Label the email and move it out of your inbox (into the label/folder)

If emails are disappearing from your inbox - or not moving to the correct label - follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings > Preferences

  2. Scroll to Email Categorization

Here you’ll see boxes for each category:

  • Checked box = Email stays in inbox (and gets labelled)

  • Unchecked box = Email skips inbox and lives only in the label

Be sure to click “Update Preferences” at the bottom to save any changes. These changes apply only to future emails - not ones you’ve already received.

If emails seem to be missing:

  • Search by label in Gmail to find them
    Try: label:1: To Respond

  • Conversation View in Gmail may be hiding older replies
If it’s ON, Gmail threads emails together - so older messages might be tucked inside an open thread.
