Managing your Fyxer AI preferences

Your Preferences page in the Fyxer AI Dashboard controls how Fyxer works with your inbox, calendar, drafts, and meetings - so you can tailor it to the way you like to work.



Where to find it:



Email Categorization

Choose which types of emails should stay in your inbox vs. be sorted into folders or labels.

  • To keep a category in your inbox: Check the box
    (e.g. "1: To Respond" will stay in your inbox with its label)

  • To move a category to a folder: Uncheck the box
    (e.g. "Marketing" will be filed away automatically)

These settings only affect new emails going forward. Past emails won’t be moved retroactively.


Draft Settings

Fyxer can automatically draft email replies to save you time. These will show in your inbox for you to review, edit, and send.

  • You stay in control: Fyxer never sends a draft without your approval.


Scheduling

Let Fyxer handle the back-and-forth of finding a time to meet.

When someone emails you asking to book time:

  • Fyxer scans your connected calendar for the best available slots

  • Suggests times directly in your reply draft

  • Generates a one-time scheduling link the recipient can use to book

  • Drafts a calendar invite for you to send (once a time is confirmed)


Meeting Notetaker

Automatically have Fyxer join your calls and send:

  • A meeting summary

  • A draft follow-up email you can send or edit

You can turn this ON by default or control it per meeting in the Meetings tab.
