🧭 Step 1: Navigate to Company Offices
Log in to your Gable account.
From the top navigation bar, click on the Company Office dropdown.
You’ll see a list of all available offices you’re allowed to book at.
Select the office where you’d like to reserve space.
🗓️ Step 2: Apply Your Filters
Once your selected office appears, use the filters at the top to customize your search:
🏢 Floor – Choose a specific floor within the building (if applicable).
📅 Date – Pick the day you want to book.
🪑 Type of space – Select from:
Desk
Meeting Room
Private Office
💡 These filters help you quickly find exactly the space you need.
💺 Step 3: Book a Desk
Hover over any available desk to see its location on the floor plan.
You can also click directly on a desk within the floor plan to open the resource.
Add an optional title and description for your booking.
Click “Book Now.”
A confirmation pop-up will appear letting you know your booking is confirmed ✅
🧑🤝🧑 Step 4: Book a Meeting Room or Private Office
From the space type filter, select Meeting Room or Private Office.
Choose the specific room or office you’d like to book.
Add an optional title and description, and invite teammates to join you.
Confirm the timeframe for your reservation.
Click “Book Now.”
On the confirmation pop-up:
🗓️ Add the booking to your calendar
➕ Invite additional teammates if needed
✅ Click Update RSVPs to finalize
🛑 Need to Cancel or Edit?
Navigate to My Bookings through your profile dropdown
Click on the three dots ⋯ next to your booking.
Select Cancel Booking.
Follow the prompts to confirm your changes.
✨ Tip: Canceling ahead of time frees up the space for other teammates to book!
