Setting Your Work Week

Gable makes it easy for employees to set and manage their weekly work location preferences. Here’s how it works:

🗓️ Set Your Default Weekly Schedule

During onboarding, you can set your default weekly location schedule.
If you didn’t complete this step or need to make changes, you can update it anytime by:

  1. Navigating to your Profile Dropdown > Profile

  2. Select Settings from the left side navigation bar

  3. Setting your default location for each day of the week

💡 This helps your team know where you plan to work—whether it’s from home, the office, or an on-demand space.


🏠 Your Home Page Experience

Once your schedule is set, your Home Page will display a 2 week overview of:

  • Your upcoming location for each day

  • Your upcoming bookings

  • An option to manually update your location for a specific day

  • Quick access to book a workspace

Everything you need to plan your week—all in one convenient place.
