Navigating Your Homepage

This guide will breakdown the homepage so you can understand what is available to you on your main Gable Dashboard

👋 Welcome to Gable!

After creating your account and logging into Gable, your Home Page is the first screen you’ll see. This page gives you a clear snapshot of your upcoming schedule, where your teammates plan to work, and the spaces or events available to you.

📅 Your Weekly Schedule

On the left side of your Home Page, you’ll see your two-week schedule.

This includes your working options:

  • Working from home

  • Working from Company Office

  • Working from an on-demand space

  • Not working

These statuses reflect the Weekly Work Schedule you set during onboarding or in your Profile Settings.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Compare Your Week With Teammates

The right side of your Home Page helps you understand where your team is working.

How it works:

  • Gable suggests teammates you frequently collaborate with — based on department, work patterns, and people you commonly work alongside.

  • Clicking on any teammate will show their full workweek, including:

    • Working from the company office

    • Working from home

    • Working from an on-demand space

    • Not working

This helps you plan in-office days, coworking sessions, and productive meetups.

🔗 Recently Booked by Your Team

Below your teammates’ schedules, you’ll see spaces your team recently booked.

  • Quickly join a coworking session your colleagues are attending

  • View details and decide if you'd like to book the same space

🎉 Events You May Be Interested In

If your company is hosting events — team gatherings, celebrations, offsites — they will appear here.

  • Click into any event to Join, Accept, or Decline

⭐ Recommended Spaces

Gable highlights spaces we think you’ll enjoy working from.

When you select View All, you’ll see:

  • Your personal favorites (if you’ve marked any)

  • Company favorites — spaces your organization prefers or frequently uses

  • Recently viewed spaces

This area helps you quickly discover great places to work.

🧭 Top Navigation Bar

At the very top of your Home Page, you’ll find quick links to:

  • On-demand

  • Company Offices

  • Browse Events

  • Team View

If you’re a Company Admin, you’ll also see:

  • Dashboard & Reporting

🙋 Your Profile Menu

In the top-right corner, click your Profile dropdown to access:

  • Your Profile

  • Bookings

  • Spaces

  • Visits

  • And more account tools
