📖 Understanding Geo-Fencing

Geo-fencing is a feature your company can use to control which Gable locations appear on your map.

If a location falls within a restricted area set by your company, you won’t see it in search results or be able to book it. This is often done to keep bookings within certain areas or to avoid booking near your company’s offices.

💡 Why is Geo-Fencing Used?

  • 🗺️ Keep bookings in preferred areas — Your company might want bookings to happen only in specific regions or cities.

  • 🏢 Avoid overlap with company offices — If your Company Office is in one city, your company might block booking other workspaces nearby.

🙋 What This Means for You

If you don’t see a workspace you know exists on Gable, it may be hidden because of your company’s geo-fence settings.

You can always check with your Admin if you believe a location should be available.
