🧭 Step 1: Navigate to “Manage Listings”

  1. Log in to your Gable Host account.

  2. Click Manage Listings in the top navigation bar.

  3. On the left-hand side, click Add a New Space to launch the listing flow.

You’ll be prompted to either:

  • 🔌 Upload spaces via integration (e.g., OfficeRnD, Nexudus), or

  • ✍️ Add your spaces manually.

For this guide, we’ll cover the manual flow.

📍 Step 2: Add Your Address

  1. Start typing your business address — or toggle to “Business” and search by business name.

  2. Select the correct result from the dropdown.

  3. Verify your address on the map.

  4. Click “Looks Good” to confirm.

🪑 Step 3: Select Space Types to List

You can add:

  • 🌿 Common Space (day pass, hot desk, drop-in options)

  • 🏢 Meeting Rooms (hourly or daily bookings)

  • 🧑‍💼 Daily Private Offices (for individuals or teams)

💡 Most hosts have 1 common space listing plus their meeting rooms and private offices.

📝 Step 4: Add General Information

For each listing, add:

  • 🏷 Title — e.g., “Mountain Coworking”

  • 🧾 Description — copy from your website or create a brief overview

  • 🚪 Check-In Instructions — entry details shared only with confirmed guests

  • 🚗 Parking Info — toggle on if on-site parking is available

You can apply the same check-in and parking instructions to all listings, or customize them per space.

⚙️ Step 5: Configure Space Settings

Under the General tab, set:

  • 📜 Space Rules (e.g., no pets, remove shoes, quiet hours)

  • 📶 Wi-Fi Details — optional but recommended for easy guest access

  • 👤 Space Contacts — add additional emails to receive booking notifications (they won’t get platform access)

For each listing:

  • ✍️ Set seat capacity (e.g., 30 for common space)

  • ⏰ Define booking cutoff time (e.g., 5 PM the day before)

  • 🤖 Toggle Automatic Approval if desired (especially useful for day passes)

💡 Auto Approval boosts your listing visibility — clients can filter for spaces with instant confirmation.

🗓️ Step 6: Set Availability

  • Define operating hours for your location (e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM).

  • Add weekend hours if applicable.

  • You can keep the same hours across all listings or adjust by resource (e.g., no private office bookings on weekends).

💰 Step 7: Set Pricing

Pricing is set per resource:

  • Common Space — price per seat/day

  • Meeting Rooms — hourly and daily rates

  • Private Offices — daily rate

🪙 You can select your currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD).
💵 Commission is deducted from your listed price, so set rates accordingly.

🖼️ Step 8: Add Photos

  • Under General, upload photos of amenities and common areas.

  • Add specific photos for common space, meeting rooms, and private offices.

  • Select a cover photo for each listing by clicking the checkmark on the desired image.

📸 High-quality images make your listing more attractive to bookers.

💳 Step 9: Set Up Your Payout Method

Before submitting your listing:

  • Connect your Stripe account to enable payouts.

  • 📚 Refer to the Payout Methods article for a step-by-step guide.

🗓️ Step 10: Connect Your Calendar (Optional but Recommended)

Connect your calendar to enable real-time availability and automatic approvals:

Once connected, revisit your listings to toggle on Auto Approval.
✅ If your calendar shows availability, bookings will confirm automatically.
❌ If it’s blocked, the room won’t appear in search.

📨 Step 11: Submit for Review

Once you’ve completed all steps:

  1. Review your details.

  2. Click Submit for Review.

  3. Gable will review your listing within 24 hours.

  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your listings are live and bookable.

🎉 Welcome to Gable — we’re excited to have you as a Host!
