📥 Installing the Gable App in Teams
Open Microsoft Teams
Select Apps on the left sidebar
Search “Gable”
Click Add
You’ll be prompted to Sign in with Microsoft the first time you open the Gable app.
👤 Utilizing the App
With Gable connected to Microsoft Teams, users can take quick actions and stay updated without leaving Teams:
🏢 Book a Space
Receive booking reminders or Book it again at any time.
(You’ll complete the reservation directly within Teams.)
✔️ Check In to a Booking
Teams allows you to quickly check-in to your reservations.
Just click Check In in the message to mark yourself checked in instantly.
🔔 View Notifications
Stay informed through Teams with:
Booking confirmations
Upcoming booking check-in reminders
Cancellations or changes
Visitor check-ins (if your company uses Visitor Management)
Teams becomes your quick, central place to take action and stay on top of your day.
