🖨️ How to bulk print badges
Go to the Company Visits page.
Use the checkboxes to select the visits you'd like to print badges for.
Click the Bulk Print button at the bottom of the page.
Badges will be sent to the printer configured for that office.
‼️ What you need to know
Printer and iPad required — Bulk printing only works when an iPad is connected to the relevant office and a printer is configured for that office. If either is missing, the Bulk Print button will appear greyed out.
Up to 200 visits at a time — You can select up to 200 visits per bulk print. All selected visits must belong to the same office.
Which visits can be printed? — Any visit that is not cancelled or checked out can be included in a bulk print.
👥 New "Groups" filter
A new Groups filter has been added to the Company Visits page. Use it to quickly narrow the list down to visits from a specific group invite.
