Company Visits

Track and manage all visits to your company offices.

πŸ”Ž Accessing the Company Visits Page

  1. From your profile dropdown, click Company Admin.

  2. Select Company Visits.

By default, the page displays all visits for today across all offices.


πŸ“… Date Range & Filters

You can easily adjust what visits you see using the date selector:

  • Yesterday

  • Today

  • Tomorrow

  • This Week

  • Custom Timeframe

This makes it simple to look back at prior months or view upcoming scheduled visits.


πŸ“Š Visit Reports (Top Summary)

At the top of the page, you’ll see four key metrics:

  • Total Visits β†’ Overall number of visits during the selected timeframe.

  • Users Signed In β†’ Number of visitors who successfully checked in.

  • Users Signed Out β†’ Number of visitors who completed sign-out.

  • Still Expected β†’ Visitors with upcoming or pending sign-ins.


πŸ—‚ Visit Details

Each visit record includes:

  • Visitor Name & Email

  • Host (employee they’re visiting)

  • Date of the visit

  • Office location

  • Visit Type (e.g., Business Meeting, Interview, etc.)

  • Status (Scheduled, Completed, Canceled, No-Show)

  • Legal Documents (if signed, e.g., NDAs)

  • Sign-In Time

πŸ“Œ Example: If a visit is canceled or marked as a no-show, you won’t see sign-ins or signed legal docs.


βš™οΈ Managing Visits

  • Export Data β†’ Download visit records as a CSV.

  • Cancel a Visit:

    1. Select the visit with the checkbox.

    2. Click Cancel.

    3. Add a cancellation reason.

    4. Confirm cancellation.

βœ… Both the host and the visitor will receive a notification when a visit is canceled.


πŸ“‚ Exporting Data

Need to analyze or share visit data?

  • Use the Export to CSV option to download your visit history and records.
