📷 Method 1: Scan with Your Phone's Camera
You don't need to open the Gable app first — just use the camera you already have on your phone.
Open your phone's native camera app.
Point it at the QR code on the desk.
Tap the link that appears on your screen.
This will open the Gable app and bring you directly to that desk, where you can book the space or check in to your existing booking.
📱 Method 2: Tap the NFC Sticker
If your phone supports NFC, you can skip the camera entirely and just tap.
Hold the top of your phone near the NFC sticker on the desk.
Your phone will automatically detect it and open the Gable app.
From there, you can book the desk or check in to a booking you've already made.
Tip: On most phones, NFC reads from the top-center of the back of the device. If it doesn't register right away, try adjusting the position slightly.
📲 Method 3: Scan from Within the Gable App
You can also scan the QR code directly inside the Gable app.
Open the Gable app on your phone.
Tap the Scan icon.
Point your camera at the QR code on the desk.
The app will recognize the desk and let you book it or check in to your existing reservation.
