π Accessing Your Host Account
Your location likely already has a Gable host account set up β you don't need to create a new one. To get access:
Log in at app.gable.to/login using your location's existing host email and password.
If you don't have the login, or the email on file is for a teammate who has left, email us at support@gable.to and we'll get you sorted.
Best practice: Use a shared inbox (e.g.,
reception@yourspace.comorSanFrancisco@gablehost.com) instead of a personal email. This ensures continuity through future team changes and means no booking requests get missed when someone is OOO.

π’ Your Listings
Your spaces are already live on Gable. From the Manage Listings tab in the top nav, you can:
View and edit each space (common space, meeting rooms, private offices)
Update photos, descriptions, amenities, pricing, and hours
Adjust check-in instructions and Wi-Fi details
Toggle Auto Approval on or off per space
π‘ Spaces with Auto Approval get higher visibility β guests can filter for instantly-bookable spaces.

π Managing Bookings
The Guest Reservations tab is your daily home base. You'll find six tabs there:
Requests β pending bookings awaiting your approval (check this daily!)
Upcoming β confirmed future bookings
Completed β past reservations with payout amounts
Cancelled β all historically cancelled bookings
Rejected β all historically rejected bookings
All β full history
π¬ We'll email you whenever a booking needs action. Make sure your inbox is opted in to Gable emails β if you're not seeing them, let us know.

β Checking In Guests
Guests can check themselves in, but if they forget or need help, you can check them in from your Host Dashboard:
A "Guests arriving today" section appears on your dashboard
Check in individuals one-by-one, or check in everyone in a group booking at once
Please confirm the guest is actually on-site before checking them in

π° Getting Paid
Good news β you never need to invoice clients. Gable handles all payments end-to-end.
Payouts are processed monthly, typically during the first week of the following month (e.g., January bookings pay out by the first week of February, usually between the 3rdβ5th).
Gable's commission is deducted automatically before payout.
View all historical payouts under the Payouts tab β including a per-booking breakdown and CSV export.
Need to update your bank account? Do it through your Stripe Dashboard, accessible from your Payouts tab.
For any same-day extra charges for bookings, email support@gable.to and we'll add them to the booking.
