Team View lets you see where your teammates are working across the world and makes it easy to book into the same location on the same day.
🚀 How to Open Team View
There are two ways to access Team View.
Option 1: From the Top Navigation
Click the Team View button in the top navigation bar — this is the fastest way to get there.
Option 2: From Explore Spaces
Click On-Demand on the top navigation bar
In the top-left corner, switch from On-Demand to Team View
Both options take you to the same Team View page.
🌍 Understanding the Team View Map
Once you’re in Team View, you’ll see:
A world map showing where teammates are working
A list on the left-hand side of all locations being booked
You can expand any location to see:
The specific spaces
Which teammates are booked
The dates they’ll be there
🤝 Join a Teammate’s Booking
If you want to work from the same location as a teammate:
Find their booking in Team View
Click Join next to their name
You’ll be taken directly to that space
Complete your booking for the same date
This makes it easy to coordinate in-person days without needing to message anyone.
🗓️ Filter by Date
At the top of Team View, you can choose:
A specific week
Or a specific day
This lets you quickly see where your teammates are working for any timeframe.
