📍 How to View Invitees on a Booking
Follow the steps below to see who has already joined (or hasn’t yet responded to) your booking.
Click your profile dropdown in the top-right corner of Gable
Select My Bookings
You’ll automatically land on your bookings for this week
Locate the booking you’re looking for
Each booking will display:
✅ Invited teammates
✔️ Who has accepted
⏳ Who is still pending
Use the date filters at the top to adjust the timeframe if you’re searching for a past or future booking
🧠 What You’ll See
For each booking, you can quickly confirm:
How many teammates were invited
Which invitees have accepted
Which invitees are still pending
This makes it easy to confirm attendance and follow up if needed before your booking date.
