Gable makes it simple to collaborate with your teammates by inviting them to join your bookings. There are several ways to add guests depending on where you are in the booking flow.
🛠️ Option 1: Invite Teammates While Creating a Booking
When you are exploring a space and filling out your booking details, you’ll see an Invite Teammates section directly on the booking page.
Here, you can:
Search for teammates by name
Add as many guests as you’d like (up to the number of seats you’re booking)
Proceed with Request to Book once your guest list is ready
This allows you to build your group reservation right from the start.
🧾 Option 2: Invite Teammates From the Confirmation Page
After submitting your booking request, you will land on a confirmation page.
On this screen, you can:
Add more teammates
Search by name to invite additional guests
Update RSVPs in real time
This is a great option if you forgot someone during the initial booking flow.
📍 Option 3: Invite Teammates From “My Bookings”
You can add teammates even after your booking is created.
To do this:
Open your Profile dropdown
Click My Bookings
Use the filters at the top to choose the timeframe for your booking
Locate the booking you want to update
On this page, you will see:
A list of teammates already invited
An option to Invite More People
Search for teammates by name and add them as needed.
