Gable makes it easy to invite external guests — like clients, interview candidates, vendors, or partners — to your in-office bookings. You can add guests while booking, right after booking, or anytime later.

🛠️ Invite External Guests While Creating a Booking

Start by creating your Gable booking as usual.

Once you’ve selected a space and are reviewing the booking details, you’ll see an Invite Additional Guests section on the page.

Here’s how it works:

  • Click the person icon with a plus (+)

  • Enter the guest’s email address

  • Click the plus (+) next to their email to add them

  • Repeat for as many guests as you need

When you submit your booking, all added guests will automatically receive an email with:

  • The office location

  • Your meeting details

  • Check-in instructions

🧾 Add More Guests From the Confirmation Page

After submitting your booking, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page.

From here, you can:

  • Add more external guest emails

  • Use the same email + plus (+) flow

  • Click Update RSVPs to send invitations

This is helpful if someone was forgotten during the initial booking.

📍 Add Guests Later from My Bookings

If you’ve already left the booking flow, you can still invite guests.

  1. Open your Profile dropdown

  2. Click My Bookings

  3. Find and open the booking you want to update

On the booking page, look for the Booked Teammates section.

From here:

  • Enter the guest’s email address

  • Click the plus (+) to add them

  • Select Update RSVPs

They will immediately receive their invitation by email.
