Overview
Integrate Gable with Rippling to streamline and automate account creation & removal, roles & permissions, reporting. Rippling’s integration with Gable includes the following capabilities.
Create and Remove Accounts in Gable
Connect Gable with Rippling to automatically create and remove user accounts when you onboard and offboard employees. Use smart rules to set configurations about who should have access and when, so every employee has exactly what they need from the start.
Set Roles & Policies
Assign your employees to roles in Gable (Admins, Bookers, Approvers, Receptionist, or Employees) and apply booking, budget, approval, and payment policies by configuring your groups using specific employee attributes such as department, cost center, work location, etc.
Reporting
Slice and dice Gable’s Booking, Budget, and Space reports using attributes pulled from Rippling (e.g. department, employee location, etc.)
Single Sign On (SSO)
Connect Gable with Rippling via SAML so employees can access Gable in one click. That way, employees can instantly log in and start working.
Login to your Rippling account as an Admin
2. Go to Company admin->Settings->Integration
3. Click ‘Connect’ on the Rippling card
4. Click Authorize
5. Click Continue
You are now Connected to Rippling HRIS!
You can now see the list of employees under Dashboard & Reporting->Company Users->Company Directory
