Open the recipe in the editor.
In the Ingredients list, find the row you want to adjust.
Click on the drag handle and select Set Scaling Factor.
Type a value into the Scale Γ field. Allowed range is 0 to 5, with up to two decimal places.
Click Apply.
A small "Scaled" chip appears next to any ingredient with a non-default factor so you (and anyone else viewing the recipe) can see at a glance which rows scale differently. The chip shows on:
