User Feedback gives you the ability to search through Gartner's library of direct user quotes to understand firsthand what's important to your user. You can discover new trends by exploring a particular market or search for specific keywords to inform or validate your current product strategy.

Each search result will call out key details about the quote, such as the profile of the user and sentiment of the quote.

Select your market(s)

📌In Gartner Product Decisions a market is a categorization that - among other criteria - is based on the type of technology, service or solution that a product offers.

You can browse through quotes of a particular market by choosing a market on the top left of the filter bar. Your Market will default to the market you have selected under the User Needs tab. User Feedback will default to this market if you reset search or refresh the page.

To change your default market, go to User Needs and update the market selected there. When searching for User Feedback you can select additional markets or search within all markets.
