Can I search for Reprints on Gartner.com instead of Flex Reprints Manager?

Why you should always look for Reprints on Flex Reprints Manager only

Written by Fred

Our Reprints library contains over 4,000 documents on hundreds of topics, but you may have noticed that not all content available on Gartner.com is in the Reprints library.

This is because not all Gartner content can be used as Reprints.

The Reprints library - which you can search and browse on the Flex Reprints Manager platform - is a distinct subset of content published for Gartner.com clients.

Reprints appear in the Flex Reprints Manager platform several days after the content is published on Gartner.com. If you found content on Garter.com and it was published within the last week, please ask your Client Success Partner to check its eligibility.

If content is older than 2 weeks and it does not appear on Flex Reprints Manager, then it is not eligible to be used as a Reprint. Single documents cannot be added to the Reprints library.

Why is some content not included in the Reprints library?

Gartner policies prohibit certain types of content to be added to the Reprints library in order to keep some content exclusive to our advisory clients and prevent this content from becoming publicly available via a Reprint.

Please understand there are no exceptions to this policy; content that is not already part of the Reprints library cannot be approved for use as a Reprint.

To maximize your use of the Reprints program, please seek Reprints content ONLY on the Flex Reprints Manager platform.
