Why is not all Gartner content eligible for Reprints?

Only some Gartner research can be used as a Reprint. Here's why.

Written by Fred

Our Reprints library includes over 4,500 articles written for the top tech buying personas.

We carefully curate our library to have high-value content for both IT and business buyers.

But because Reprints are often distributed to the public for free, Gartner doesn't allow all of our content to be used this way.

Gartner content that doesn't appear on Flex Reprints Manager cannot be used for Reprints because Gartner chooses to keep this content exclusive to our advisory clients.

Why isn't all research in the Reprints library?

Gartner's primary business is to deliver actionable, objective insight to our advisory clients.

In order to provide the maximum value to our advisory clients, we choose to keep some content exclusive to those advisory clients only - we do not allow this research out into the public via Reprints.

What should I do if I can't use content I want?

If you have found a document on a different Gartner.com experience and it does not appear on Flex Reprints Manager, then it can't be used as a Reprint.

In this case, we recommend searching Flex Reprints Manager for similar content.

Circle back to your campaign goals and target audience, and work from our Campaign Planner tool to find content that fits.

Even though you may not be able to use your top choice, there are likely other pieces of high-value content that will work to achieve your goals.
