In order to make sure you’re able to join a Gatheround event while using a VPN, you’ll need to ask your IT department to whitelist both gatheround.com and our video provider, daily.co. To do that, share these configuration settings with your IT department.
If you’ve taken both of these steps and are still unable to connect, you may have to turn off your VPN.
On Windows
Go to Settings and click on Network & Internet.
Select VPN then the VPN connection you want to disable.
Click Disconnect.
On Mac
Open System Preferences and select Network.
Select the VPN profile from the left panel.
The details of the VPN will appear on the right panel. Click Disconnect.
