What is a Time Out?
A Time Out lets you take a short break from using your GemBet account. This allows you to cool off for a short period of time.
You can choose a break of:
24 hours
48 hours
7 days
Once you activate it, you won’t be able to log in or place bets or carry out any activity on your account.
Once the Time Out period ends, your account will be automatically reactivated.
How do I set a Time Out on my account?
Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of your screen and select Responsible Gaming under Settings section.
Select the Time Out tab and click Continue.
Choose the duration (24h, 48h, or 7 days).
Tick the box to confirm your decision and click Activate Time Out.
You’ll be logged out immediately, and your Time Out will start right away.
Do I need to upload my ID or provide a reason for a Time Out?
No. For Time Outs, no ID or reason is required.
Can I cancel my Time Out early?
No. Time Outs are irreversible, and you will need to wait for the selected period to end.
Once the time expires, your GemBet account will automatically reactivate.
What happens if I try to log in during a Time-Out?
You will see a message explaining that your account is under a Time-Out.
A timer will show how much time is left until your account reactivates.
What is a Product Exclusion?
Product Exclusion allows you to take a break from one or two sections of the website for a specific duration. For example:

You can still log in, but you won’t be able to open or play the excluded section(s).

Select the sections (s) you wish to rest from (up to two) → Choose the exclusion duration → Click Continue.
Tick the confirmation box to confirm you understand the restriction → Click Activate Product Exclusion.
You’ll see a confirmation screen showing your active exclusions and remaining time.
Can I end my Product Exclusion early?
No. Once you activate a Product Exclusion, it is locked for the duration you selected.
Once the chosen period expires, the excluded section(s) will automatically become available again.
Will I still be able to access other parts of the site when my Product Exclusion is active?
Yes. You can still log in, deposit, and access the other non-excluded sections of the site normally.

If you exclude Live Casino and Sports for 1 month, you can still access Slots during that time.
What is Self-Exclusion?
Self-exclusion helps you take a longer break from all gaming activities.
During Self-Exclusion:
You cannot log in, deposit, or play until the period ends.
How do I submit a Self-Exclusion request?

Select the Self-Exclusion option.
Read the two warnings that explain this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Fill out the form:
Username, Player ID, and Email (automatically filled in)
A valid and complete reason for self-exclusion
Select the time period
Upload a valid ID to confirm that you are the owner of the account → Click Continue.
Tick the confirmation box to proceed → Click Activate Self Exclusion.
After submission:
You’ll be immediately logged out.
You’ll get a confirmation that you exclusion will be reviewed.
What if my Self-Exclusion request is rejected?
Your GemBet account will be reopened automatically.
We will send you an email explaining why your request was declined.
Common reasons for rejected Self-Exclusion requests include:
Invalid or random photo upload.
Name on ID not matching your account.
Unclear or inappropriate reason written on the form.
