This guide shows you how to keep track of your inventory by seeing which products are included in Purchase Orders (POs). It also helps you check the status of your POs and make changes if needed.

To get started, pick a product to view its details.

Step 1: Select a product.

This opens the product profile. For a clearer view, expand the profile by clicking the arrow.

Step 2: Click the arrow to expand the product profile.

Under the "Purchase Orders" tab, view all active, completed, or inactive POs associated with the product.

Step 3: Navigate to the "Purchase Orders" tab.

On this page you can see what POs this product belongs to along with being able to click into any of them and view the PO’s contents.

No matter where you are in Genie you have the option of opening these profiles by selecting the variant and going to the POs tab.

This feature simplifies the process of tracking POs, determining their arrival times, and making updates for important products.
