Genie's search function on the Purchase Order page makes it super easy to find orders by PO number, supplier, or status, and you can filter by date or status to quickly view the details. It helps keep everything organized, track where orders are, and sort out any shipment issues.

On the purchase order page, you can search for different details to quickly find the orders you need:

Purchase Order Name: Searching by purchase order name helps you locate a specific order if you know its name or number. This is useful for tracking orders or finding details about a particular purchase without having to go through all your orders.

Order Status: Searching by order status lets you filter orders based on their current state, like “Pending,” “Shipped,” or “Completed.” This helps keep track of where each order is in the process and managing follow-ups.

Supplier Name: It’s useful for reviewing all orders from a vendor, managing relationships, or tracking the status of orders from a particular supplier.

Product Filter: You can also use the product filter to narrow down your search to specific purchase orders based on criteria such as:

Supplier: Filter by the supplier name to find all orders from that vendor.

Order Status: Narrow your results by the order’s status, like pending, shipped, or completed.

These filters make it easier to manage your purchase orders, stay organized, and quickly find what you're looking for.
