How to Update Your Subscription Plan in Genie

Learn how to navigate the plans and bulling tab to update or change your Genie subscription.

With the introduction of Genie's new pricing comes the addition of a new section of Genie's platform, the Plans & Billing tab. In this tab, you can find the information about your current plan as well as links to the pricing page.

This guide will take you through a few steps to change your subscription.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings โ†’ Plans & Billing. Here you will see what plan you are currently on and links to more information.

Step 2: Select the 3 dots to the right of the plan card. Then you can select Change plan. This will open a popup window displaying all the plans you can sign up for.

Step 3: Once you have selected the plan you like click Choose plan.

This action will bring you into your Shopify admin account where you can review the relevant details of the plan and add your payment methods.

Step 4: After everything has been checked and payment methods have been added you can select Approve.

Once you approve the charges, it'll redirect you back into the app where you will see that your plan has changed to reflect the new plan. Following the same logic you can easily change your subscription to fit your needs.
