The process is divided into two main sections: creating a list of low-stock products and generating a purchase order that includes these products and any other variants

Step 1: Creating a List of Low-Stock Products

Option 1: Click on the Running Low tab in the dashboard to access the list of products running low. This tab is represented by an icon.

This action will display a list of all products or variants that are running low.

Option 2 2: Alternatively, find the list of low-stock products through the Inventory tab.

Navigate to Templates and search for Running Low.

This action will load an analysis of all products running low.

Creating a Purchase Order

Step 1: Select the low-stock products and click on the Add PO icon at the top.

Step 2: Choose between adding to a new purchase order or an existing one.

Step 3: Name the purchase order. Optionally, provide an estimated arrival date and a coverage date. The system will calculate the number of units needed based on the provided dates and your historical sales.

The purchase order will now include the low-stock variants.

Step 4: If a product has multiple variants and you want or need to add them all, select the product to view the other variants.

Then, click on "Add Products" and search for any additional variants that you wish to add to the purchase order.

For instance, a product might not have been added because it's out of stock.

After adding the product, it will appear in the order form.
