Users Overview

To manage users, login to the manager dashboard at resort.edgeauditor.com. You will see a User Management section at the very bottom of the side navigation. Select it and you will see three options:

  • Active Users > This is the master list of all users at your location who have access to one or modules within EDGEauditor.

  • Suspended Users > These are users who at one time had access to EDGEauditor but that access has since been revoked (for example, the staff member is no longer employed at your location).

  • User Profiles > This is a NEW feature where you create master profiles of what each user should have access to and then assign that profile to one or more users.
