Supported platforms for deletion:
Facebook Comments (organic & ads)
Instagram Comments (organic & ads)
YouTube Comments
To delete a comment manually:
Open the conversation you want to manage
In the top-right corner of the message, click on the trash bin 🗑️ icon
The comment will be permanently deleted from the original platform (note: this action is irreversible)
How To Hide Comments Automatically
You can set up smart rules to automatically hide comments that match certain criteria — ideal for spam, insults, or irrelevant interactions.
To set up auto-hiding rules:
Go to your Account Settings
Navigate to Smart Features
Enable Auto Hide
A confirmation popup will appear
Check the box: "I understand that Blabla may occasionally hide content incorrectly..."
Add filters to define which types of comments should be hidden (e.g. keywords, emojis, tone)
Click Apply to activate the rule
Blabla will then monitor your inbox and automatically hide any comment matching your filters.
How To Unhide (Show) a Comment
If you want to unhide a comment that was previously hidden, here’s how to do it:
Go to the Done section in your Comments inbox
Open the conversation containing the hidden comment
In the top-right corner of the comment, click on the Show button — the comment will become visible again
If you want to reply to the comment after unmasking it, you can click on Move to To-do to bring it back into your active queue.
