Communication guide – specify the tone, style, emoji usage, key phrases, whether to use “you” or a more formal tone, and any language preferences.

Once analyzed, the AI automatically uses this data to craft responses aligned with your brand.
Every text remains fully editable at any time before being used in your reply suggestions.
Auto-Hide Toxic or Irrelevant Comments
What does it do?
This feature helps you moderate your comment section without lifting a finger. Blabla scans each incoming comment and hides those that fall into the following categories:
Hate speech
Insults or offensive language
Sexual or inappropriate content
Spam or promotional links
How it works:
Every new comment is analyzed in real time by Blabla’s moderation engine.
If a comment matches a toxic or spammy pattern, it is automatically hidden from public view.
Hidden comments remain visible in your inbox for review, so you can unhide or reply if needed.
You stay in control of what gets hidden — no action is taken without your preset rules.
How to activate it
Automatic hiding is configured in the Automations page, using Flows.
Select the “Protect your brand” template to create a ready-to-use flow. Offensive comments will then be automatically hidden.
Customization options
Within the flow, you can:
Edit the AI’s instructions to refine detection and moderation tone.
Enable or disable sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, negative) to adjust tolerance levels.
Target specific categories of comments (complaints, criticism, spam, etc.).
Apply automatic hiding to all your posts or only to selected content.

What does this feature do?
Flows let you automate your social media interactions.
A flow connects a trigger (comment, message, sentiment, keyword, etc.) to an automatic action (reply, private message, like, hide, add a tag, etc.).
It’s the easiest and most flexible way to automate your exchanges — all without code, directly from the Automations page.
Flows can be used to:
Automatically reply to common questions (e.g., “price?”, “where to buy?”)
Send a private message when a keyword is detected
Like or hide comments depending on their tone
Qualify a lead and tag it for follow-up
Build sequences of actions to boost engagement or conversions
How does it work?
Go to the Automations page in your Blabla workspace.
Click “New Automation.”
You can:
Write a prompt to generate an automation automatically,
Start from scratch to build your flow manually, or
Choose a ready-made template, such as:

Comment “go” and send the link in DM

Choose one or several actions to perform:
