What does it do?

Blabla’s AI generates reply suggestions for each comment or DM based on:

  • The message’s content and tone

  • The platform it comes from (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Your brand voice and preferred way of answering (which it learns over time)

How it works:

  • Persona training
    When you first connect your accounts, Blabla automatically analyzes your brand’s tone of voice.
    It pulls the last 1,000 posts, all associated comments, and your previous replies to build a communication profile.

  • Live suggestions
    For each new comment or DM, Blabla provides a tailored reply suggestion. You can send it as-is, edit it, or ignore it.

  • Continuous learning

Customization options

  • Modify AI replies before sending
    You can edit each suggestion before sending to make it sound more personal or specific.

  • Add saved replies to train the AI
    You can create and save your own reply templates. These will be used to teach the AI your preferred phrases, tone, and style.

  • Upload reference content (PDF)
    In your Account Settings > Smart Features, you can upload a PDF (such as product info, FAQs, or brand guidelines).
    Blabla uses this content to improve reply accuracy and relevance — especially for recurring questions or technical topics.

Auto-Hide Toxic or Irrelevant Comments

What does it do?

This feature helps you moderate your comment section without lifting a finger. Blabla scans each incoming comment and hides those that fall into the following categories:

  • Hate speech

  • Insults or offensive language

  • Sexual or inappropriate content

  • Spam or promotional links

How it works:

  • Every new comment is analyzed in real time by Blabla’s moderation engine.

  • If a comment matches a toxic or spammy pattern, it is automatically hidden from public view.

  • Hidden comments remain visible in your inbox for review, so you can unhide or reply if needed.

  • You stay in control of what gets hidden — no action is taken without your preset rules.

Customization options

  • You can fully customize your moderation rules in Settings > Smart Features:

    • Choose to auto-hide based on sentiment (negative, neutral, or positive)

    • Or based on comment type (complaint, sensitive content...)

Auto-Reply

What does it do?

Blabla's Auto-Reply feature allows you to automatically reply to comments and DMs based on their content, sentiment, or category. It’s ideal for managing recurring messages like product questions, positive reactions, or feedback — while keeping your brand tone consistent.

How it works:

Before enabling Auto-Reply, you need to train your AI.
This means:

  • Replying manually via the app for a short period

  • Creating and saving your own tone of voice through real interactions

Blabla uses this data to build a communication model that reflects how you respond — not a generic script.
The AI evolves over time: the more you reply, the better it gets at sounding like you.

Once your tone is trained, you can activate Auto-Reply rules based on criteria like sentiment or comment type. Blabla will then send replies automatically when those conditions are met.

  • You can fully customize your moderation rules in Settings > Smart Features:

    • Choose to auto-reply based on sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative)

    • Or based on comment type (Business, Direct Interactions, Feedback, Questions, Humor...)
