When you connect a social media account to Blabla (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), a login pop-up should open automatically to complete the connection through the social platform (SSO).
But if the pop-up doesn't show, it's usually because your browser is blocking it.
What to do if the pop-up is blocked?
1. Check if a small notification appears in your browser
On Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, a banner or icon may appear near the address bar.
Click it and choose to allow the pop-up for Blabla.
2. If nothing appears, manually allow pop-ups
On Chrome:
Click the lock icon 🔒 in the address bar (left of the URL).
Click "Site settings".
Find the "Pop-ups and redirects" option.
Set it to "Allow".
On Safari:
Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Pop-up Windows.
Find app.blabla.ai in the list.
Choose "Allow" on the right side.
3. Reload the page and try again
After allowing pop-ups, go back to Blabla and try connecting your social profile again.
The pop-up should now open correctly.
💡 Tip : To avoid this in the future, always allow pop-ups for Blabla when connecting a profile for the first time.
