Job Requests Page

To view all Job Requests, click on the Job Requests icon in the top header next to the blue "Create" button.

Job Requests are divided into three sections: Open, Converted, and Archived. You can also copy the link to your booking page or create an ad-hoc request.

Each Job Request will display the information that was captured from the booking workflow. You'll be able see:

  • Name and job class the request belongs to

  • Request Type and Membership Status

  • Any additional details that have been provided

  • Equipment that was selected for the request

  • Customer's preferred availability

Converting a Job Request

Scheduling a Job Request usually requires additional follow-up with the customer to confirm the date and time. Once you're ready, click on the "Convert to Job" button to launch the Create Job workflow.

If the customer already has an account, you'll be able to see them in the "matching records" section of the page. Select them to proceed to the create job form.

If they are a first-time customer, you'll have to click on "New Account". Let's create them as a new account.

You'll notice that all of the account information has been pre-filled in. You can cross-reference the info with the Request card that is visible on the right.

Now you'll be taken to the standard Create Job Form. Complete the form as usual and schedule the visit as desired.

If you go back to the Job Request Page, you'll see that the request has been moved to the "Converted" section.

Below that you'll be able to see any requests that have been Archived.

And it's as easy as that!
